The cake’s top layer features a luscious mango and pomelo jelly, made primarily from pureed mango, fresh mango slices, and the vibrant, zesty pulp of pomelo. Nestled in the center is our homemade milk and coconut layer, all topped off with a fluffy vanilla sponge cake.
